Pakistan Society of Echocardiography

While submitting an echo case, image or video please follow these guidelines.

1. The submission is a novel one and not submitted anywhere else.
2. All the contributors should be named with description of their contribution.
3. Images and clips should be of high quality.
4. Names of person submitting along with institution be mentioned.
5. For echo case of the month case description should be given under the following heads:
   1. Title
   2. Background: Not more than 20 words.
   3. Case summary: Not more than 300 words.
   4. Echo images: Not more than two for a single case.
   5. Echo clips: Not more than two for a single case.
   6. Discussion: Not more than 400 words.
   7. Conclusion: Not more than 30 words.
   8. References: Maximum three references can be cited in APA style.
   9. Name of submitter.
   10. Institution of submitter.

1. For echo image and echo clips title along with a small caption is needed. Points i and j are to be followed as above.
2. If any voice recording is incorporated the audio quality should be of high quality.
3. For a single submission the number of images and videos shouldn’t be more than two.
4. Pakistan society of echocardiography will have the exclusive rights of submission once posted on the website.
